David Spurdens VIP Guest of Canon Australia at the Red Bull Hardline Tasmania

Jake Halfhyde of Canon Australia called to ask if Id like to go to the Red Bull Hardline as a VIP guest of Canon Australia, he didn’t have to ask twice! Being a life long MTB rider, Ive photographed and filmed mountain biking all over the World but never at the ‘Hardline’. The riding was so skilful, I was in awe. Sadly but thankfully the race day was called off due to heavy rain causing the track to become slippery and too dangerous for these awesome riders pushing the sport to its limits. Canon Australia’s hospitality was amazing, with a full camera range onsite to try all the latest awesome Canon gear. I made a short film and met some great people too. Thanks go out to all the Canon people there, you really made it a superb trip, espiecally to Jake Halfhyde for the invite and to Natalie LeCoic, Snr Manager Brand and Growth Oceania for the awesome trip, I hope you liked the short film guys!
